Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

   • Refunds will be processed only for returned products that meet our return criteria.
   • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued

2. Refund Process

   • Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
   • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

3. Cancellation Policy

   • Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
   • If an order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
